Job summary

Ennoble Care in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients on a full-time basis in the DC region. You will perform exams, update histories, and develop care plans in collaboration with a physician and the clinical team.

Requirements include board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in DC, 1–2 years of primary care with geriatric patients (hospice experience preferred).

Qualifications

• Board certification as NP/PA in DC.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Hospice experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the DC region.
• Perform examinations, take histories, and develop care plans with physician collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
• Care for a patient panel with patient-centered approach.
• Foster trust with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic tests as needed and prescribe medications.
