Job summary

Ennoble Care in Maryland is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider to join our home-based primary and palliative care team in Baltimore County. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision to care for patients with chronic diseases.

The role emphasizes independent practice, geriatric care, and compassionate communication with patients, families, and caregivers. A full-time schedule with competitive compensation and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Board certified with valid NP/PA certification in Maryland
• Strong clinical skills to assess and diagnose
• Experience with geriatric primary care (1–2 years)

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Baltimore County.
• Perform physical examinations, obtain/update histories, and create care plans.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
• Deliver patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Foster trust with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as needed and manage medications.
