Job summary

Ennoble Care in Maryland is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Howard County on a full-time basis.

You will apply clinical skills under physician supervision, care for diverse patients with chronic diseases, and collaborate with a dedicated in-house team to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA with Maryland certification.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Howard County.
• Perform physical examinations, obtain histories, and develop care plans.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Order diagnostic testing and prescribe medications as needed.
