Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver in-home primary and palliative care around Washington County, MD. The role is part-time on weekdays, with autonomy to manage a patient panel and coordinate with our clinical team.

Qualifications

• Board certified as NP or PA with Maryland licensure.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and independent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home primary and palliative care in Washington County, MD.
• Perform physical exams and develop care plans for patients.
• Communicate effectively with clinical operations and staff.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans; order tests as needed.
• Prescribe medications and necessary interventions.
