Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a director to lead its Omaha branch, operating with autonomy while receiving ongoing corporate support. The role focuses on growth through marketing, referral partnerships, and top-tier client care.

You will recruit, onboard, and schedule staff, manage on-call duties, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction. The position offers a base salary with a quarterly profit share, paid health, dental and vision insurance, a company car, cell phone

• Proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, with corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and monitor on-call staffing.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create a workplace of choice for your territory and set team morale standards.
