Cornerstone Caregiving in Roseville, CA seeks an autonomous Director to lead this branch, drive growth, and oversee all operations.

You will develop marketing plans, build referral networks with hospitals and senior services, hire and schedule staff, and manage client intake and satisfaction. This role includes ongoing corporate training, a company car for business/personal use, comprehensive benefits, unlimited PTO, and professional development.

Aufgaben

• Direct and lead the Roseville branch with independent decision-making.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members; ensure shifts are staffed and on-call coverage is managed.
