Responsibilities include developing a marketing plan, cultivating referral partnerships, overseeing staffing and scheduling, conducting client intakes, and managing the office budget. Relocation before starting is required.

Aufgaben

• As the director, independently manage and lead this branch with training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call responsiveness.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create the workplace of choice, set standards, and motivate the team.
