Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an elite leader to spearhead growth for an established Fond du Lac branch. As Director, you will independently manage the branch with strong corporate training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities include building a robust marketing plan, cultivating referral partnerships, recruiting and staffing, conducting client intakes, and managing the office budget to drive profitability. Enjoy an autonomous role with performance-based rewards and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Track record of achieving sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and staff oversight.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage Cornerstone Caregiving Fond du Lac branch.
• Develop and execute a local marketing plan to grow market share.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire, onboard, and staff shifts; monitor on-call coverage.
• Build client relationships, conduct intakes, ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget reflected in P&L statements.
• Create an engaging workplace culture and motivate the team.
