Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Director to lead the Seattle branch. You will independently manage operations, drive marketing and referrals, and recruit and retain staff while ensuring client satisfaction.

The role offers a base salary of $90,000 with a 20% quarterly profit share, full-time hours, relocation before starting, and comprehensive benefits including health coverage and a company car.

• Proven leader with experience managing a team.
• Track record in achieving sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and staff oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage and lead the Seattle branch with corporate support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to position Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate referral partnerships with hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.
• Hire and onboard new team members; monitor on-call staffing levels.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget and monitor profit and loss statements.
• Create an engaging, high-performance culture and set team standards.
