The role offers a base salary plus a 20% quarterly profit share, paid health/dental/vision, and a company car. Expect ongoing training and development opportunities as you scale operations.

• Experience with direct recruitment and oversight of staff.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call duties.
