Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Director to lead the Grand Junction branch, driving growth and delivering high-quality in-home care. You’ll own staffing, client relations, and strategic partnerships while receiving ongoing corporate training and support.

This full-time role requires relocation before starting and offers a base salary plus a 20% quarterly profit share, along with comprehensive health benefits and a company-provided vehicle.

Qualifikationen

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
• Track record in meeting sales and business development goals.

• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and staff oversight.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the Grand Junction branch with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members; ensure shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create a high-performance culture and set the tone for team morale.
