Job summary

Würth USA is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to maintain and grow a geographic region, build strong dealer relationships, and meet sales targets across automotive parts.

You will engage decision makers through prospecting, perform daily dealer calls, present solutions, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and value delivery. A valid driver’s license and 1+ year of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Work with decision makers through cold calling and prospecting.
• Manage a territory by 8–12 daily calls with dealerships, collisions centers, and repair facilities.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and identify their needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
