Würth USA is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow and maintain a field territory, strengthen customer relationships, and hit individual and company sales targets.

Responsibilities include engaging decision makers, handling 8–12 daily calls with dealerships and repair facilities, and developing strategic plans to increase revenue and market share. Benefits and training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Engage decision makers via cold calling and prospecting.
• Manage a territory with 8–12 daily calls to dealerships and repair facilities.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow revenue and market share.
• Build relationships and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide value‑added services like ordering, inventory management, and problem solving.
