Job summary

Würth USA is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to maintain and grow a territory, strengthen customer relationships, and meet sales targets. The role emphasizes engagement with decision makers, prospecting, and delivering tailored solutions across auto dealerships and repair facilities.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of sales experience preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferred.
• Demonstrated professionalism and customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Engage decision makers through cold calling and prospecting.
• Manage a territory by daily calls to dealerships, collision shops, and auto repair facilities.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and market share within the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Provide value-added services such as ordering product, inventory management, and problem solving.
• Showcase Würth products and services through presentations and demonstrations.
