Würth USA is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to maintain and grow a regional market, strengthening customer relationships and achieving sales targets. You will engage with decision makers through cold calling and daily calls to automotive dealerships and repair facilities, while developing strategic plans to increase revenue.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Professionalism and strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cold call and prospect decision makers.
• Manage a territory with 8–12 daily calls to dealerships and repair facilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
