• Consult with customers to educate them about vehicle condition based on MPI inspection results.
• Educate customers and educate the team following VIP processes to deliver a better experience.
• Maintain safety as a top priority and follow all safety policies and training.
• Assist in driving VIP SAX scores through effective customer engagement.
• Coordinate with Service Manager to execute daily duties and store meetings.
• Support facility and equipment maintenance and ensure clean service environment.
