Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Equivalency: education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety policies and training; report unsafe conditions to management.
• Build and develop an extraordinary team to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs during all hours of operation.
• Communicate effectively with the team via daily huddles and meetings; monitor emails.
• Deliver the 5 for 5 process to educate customers on vehicle conditions and solutions.
• Manage dispatching and assignment of work orders to technicians.
