Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills.
• ASE certifications or equivalent automotive service knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service team to deliver safe, high-quality automotive service.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate associates; manage LMS and vendor training.
• Schedule staff to meet customer needs across all hours of operation.
• Communicate effectively with the team via daily huddles and meetings.
• Oversee dispatching of work orders and car service flow, ensuring proper execution.
• Maintain facility and equipment readiness and ensure compliance with policies.
