Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of automotive service experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and use POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage service selling and back shop teams.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate associates; address complaints.
• Ensure productivity, profitability, and safety in store operations.
• Train staff on Customer Care Process and CVIs.
• Recruit and interview technicians and selling staff.
• Monitor workflow and ensure CVIs and proper repairs.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure POS integrity.
• Collaborate with Fleet team to build service relationships.
• Open and close store, manage daily operations.
