Qualifications

• Multi-unit management experience or proven success transforming multiple locations.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
• Solid business acumen with P&L, staffing, and performance management.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• High school diploma required; Associates/Technical Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the automotive service industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Store Managers as their primary operations partner.
• Drive sales growth, monitor P&L, payroll costs, and EBITDA.
• Visit stores regularly to assess performance, coach managers, and resolve issues.
• Hire, onboard, train, coach, and manage performance in partnership with HR.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all stores.
• Champion operational excellence and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Partner with Market Leader and corporate teams to provide tools and insights.
• Develop Store Managers into strong business leaders who deliver KPIs and profitability.
• Additional duties as assigned.
