Job summary

Pep Boys Florence is seeking a Store Manager to drive service labor, parts, and fleet sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will recruit, train and lead the service selling and back shop teams, ensuring productivity and safety standards.

The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and ability to manage schedules, payroll and POS transactions in a fast-paced retail auto environment. Safety-sensitive position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in automotive service environment.
• Completion of a two-year college, technical program, or 1–3 years of service industry experience with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to apply basic math for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a team of associates, including supervising, training, and discipline.
• Oversee store productivity, profitability, and service levels.
• Coach staff on customer care processes and vehicle inspections.
• Maintain staffing to ensure operating efficiency and top service levels.
• Ensure compliance with cash, credit, refunds and POS policies.
• Partner with Fleet team to maintain service relationships.
• Open/close responsibilities as a key holder.
