Job summary

Plaza Tire Service, part of the Sun Auto Tire & Service network, is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through service options, pricing, and scheduling to ensure a smooth check-in to checkout experience.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales conversations, and problem solving in a fast-paced shop. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within the Sun Auto network.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to handle sales conversations.
• Learn automotive products and services to advise customers.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Represent the brand positively with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, inspection results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repairs, tires, warranties, and financing clearly.
• Create estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
