Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor. You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend services, parts, and financing options. You’ll build quotes, manage work orders, and guide customers through checkout in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, organized, and able to handle sales conversations.
• Able to learn automotive products and services and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional appearance and brand representation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills.
• Experience with POS systems and shop tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone and build trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history and service findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Create estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on status, timing, and cost.
• Collaborate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments and follow checkout procedures.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
