Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is hiring a Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, assess needs, and propose automotive services. You’ll guide customers through check-in to checkout, explaining options and building accurate estimates. Training is provided to grow with the store and move toward leadership roles.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales conversations, and the ability to learn our products and processes in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to learn automotive products and services quickly.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while staying professional and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, inspection results, and technician findings to suggest services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost.
• Collaborate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
