Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a motivated Sales & Service Advisor to join our team. This full-time role involves greeting customers, presenting service options, and guiding them from check-in to checkout. Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth and a competitive pay structure including bonus or commission.

You’ll work in a fast-paced automotive environment, supporting technicians and store leadership while delivering excellent service and promoting repeat business.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, organized, able to handle sales conversations.
• Willing to learn automotive products and services and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to represent the brand professionally with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history and results to recommend services.
• Explain options and financing clearly to help customers decide.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on status, timing, and cost throughout the day.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability, following checkout procedures.
