Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through service options and decisions. You’ll build trust, explain repairs and warranties, and prepare accurate estimates in a fast-paced shop environment.

You’ll work with technicians and store leadership to keep workflow on track, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth checkout while delivering excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and sales-oriented in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
• Strong communication and active listening skills to build trust with customers.
• Ability to explain service options, estimates, timelines, warranties, and declined work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, assess needs, and build trust from the first contact.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance and repair options and present clear estimates and timelines.
• Document work orders, invoices, and parts availability in the POS system.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to keep repairs on track and customers informed.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts, and ensure proper checkout procedures.
