Plaza Tire Service within Sun Auto Network is seeking a Service Advisor to promote services and products, greet customers, document concerns, and relay technician recommendations. You will provide quotes and keep customers updated on progress, ensuring accurate pricing and service delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 18 years old, and prior service-advisor experience; automotive sales or customer service is a plus. Growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Sales or customer service in automotive is a plus.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles to identify needs.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time to completion.
• Update customers throughout the day on service status and outcomes.
• Process payments and explain warranties and follow-up steps.
• Conduct post-repair follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for individual customers.
