Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor in Troy, MO. You will greet customers, listen to needs, and guide them through service selections, pricing, and checkout. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within a values-driven automotive network.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, combining customer service with sales skills to build trust and ensure a smooth customer experience from check-in to payment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone and build trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Prepare estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on status, timing, and costs.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
