Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, assess their vehicle needs, and recommend the right services. You will guide customers from check-in to checkout with a focus on trust and clear communication.

We offer training, competitive pay with commission opportunities, and benefits. The role includes weekend shifts and growth toward store leadership positions within a values-driven automotive service network.

Formación

• The right candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable with sales conversations.
• Able to learn automotive products and services and manage multiple priorities while staying professional.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in person and by phone, building trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, DVI results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on status, timing, and cost throughout the day.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability, following checkout procedures.
