Sun Auto Tire & Service is hiring a Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, assess needs, and recommend automotive services. You’ll review vehicle history and technician findings to suggest the right solutions, explain pricing and options, and guide customers from check-in to checkout.

Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth and benefits. The role requires strong customer service, sales aptitude, and the ability to learn shop systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, organized, and able to handle sales conversations while learning automotive services.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the Sun Auto brand with customers and teammates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and follow service standards.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to needs, and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, inspection results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost throughout the day.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability; follow checkout procedures.
