Job summary

Plaza Tire Service, part of Sun Auto Tire & Service, is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor in a full-time role in Missouri. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through service decisions, aiming for a smooth and trusted experience from check-in to checkout.

You’ll review vehicle history and DVIR results, explain options, and build accurate estimates and invoices. Growth paths toward store leadership exist with paid training.

Qualifications

• Able to learn and use POS, DVIR tools, scheduling tools, and store tech.
• Able to explain service recommendations, timelines, warranties, and declined work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, build trust.
• Review vehicle history, DVIR results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in POS.
• Keep customers updated on status, timing, and cost.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction.
