Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department, coach technicians, and drive operational excellence in-store. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering fast, high-quality automotive maintenance and tire services while upholding safety standards.

You will develop a motivated team, improve performance, and ensure adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a Service Manager role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach and develop technicians and service personnel

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing service team in-store
• Supervise technicians and service personnel; plan, schedule and assign duties
• Coach team on service standards, processes and ISI systems
• Engage with customers on sales, service opportunities and adjustments
• Monitor performance, productivity and adherence to safety procedures
• Manage parts inventory and ensure compliance with Tire Purchase Program
• Ensure store safety and proper equipment layout and usage
• Oversee wheel torqueing processes and inspections
