Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead and coach the service department, reporting to the Store Manager. The candidate will drive performance, manage parts and safety compliance, and partner with the Service Team to exceed business objectives in a fast-paced automotive environment.

• Basic OSHA laws and MSDS compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and service personnel; plan and schedule duties.
• Coach team members on process and safety standards.
• Interact with customers regarding sales, service, and opportunities.
• Evaluate performance and productivity of service staff.
• Manage parts inventory and outside purchases; align with Tire Purchase Program.
• Ensure safety procedures and equipment usage are maintained.
• Oversee shop area layout and compliance with company safety policy.
• Enforce wheel torqueing processes and ensure proper inspections.
