Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers seeks an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department and drive top-tier performance. You will mentor technicians, model our core values, and partner with the Store Manager to optimize shop operations and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and the ability to implement store processes while maintaining safety and quality across all service activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Manager role
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor team
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of safety procedures and MSDS compliance

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership in the service department and coach team members
• Supervise technicians and service personnel, plan and schedule duties
• Work with customers on sales, service opportunities, and adjustments
• Monitor performance and productivity of service staff
• Manage parts inventory andPurchasing while ensuring compliance with Tire Purchase Program
• Uphold store safety and proper equipment layout
• Ensure wheel torqueing processes are followed and inspections conducted
