Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for the service team in-store.
• Assist Store Manager with final employment decisions.
• Supervise technicians and service personnel; plan, schedule, and follow up on assignments.
• Coach team on operations, ISI systems, and service standards.
• Interact with customers on sales, service, and opportunities.
• Evaluate performance and productivity of service staff.
• Manage parts inventory and outside purchases; maintain in-house stock.
