You will collaborate with the Store Manager, drive performance improvements, supervise safety procedures, and ensure efficient operations across service, parts, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Manager role.
• Experience leading a fast-paced automotive service team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff to meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service department and coach technicians to improve performance.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting and final employment decisions.
• Plan and schedule duties, assign work, and track completion.
• Interact with customers on sales, service, and opportunities.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure compliance with Tire Purchase Program.
