Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will build a motivated team, coach technicians, and optimize store processes to uphold our standards of excellence.

You will supervise recruiting, scheduling, customer interactions, parts inventory, safety compliance, and inspections, ensuring efficient operations and strong customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Manager role.
• Outstanding leadership and store management skills with mentoring ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to develop professional relationships.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and MSDS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in recruiting decisions and supervise service personnel.
• Schedule duties, assign work, and monitor completion.
• Coach team on ISI systems, service standards, and wheel torqueing process.
• Interact with customers on sales, service, and opportunities.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure proper inspections and adherence to store processes.
