Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department and set the highest standards of excellence in our store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will develop a highly-motivated team, coaching technicians and ensuring efficient service processes.

The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, performance evaluation, inventory control, and maintaining OSHA safety compliance while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven leadership and store management skills.
• Strong communication and people development abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and MSDS/OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead service department to meet performance standards and store processes.
• Supervise and schedule technicians and service personnel; assign tasks and follow up.
• Coach team on service procedures, systems, and quality standards.
• Interact with customers on sales, service opportunities, and adjustments.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and inventory control; ensure safety compliance.
