Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations across service bays, front counter, and back office. You will lead by example, coach technicians and service advisors, and help deliver fast, high-quality automotive service in a busy, customer-facing setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in retail or automotive leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to supervision, with availability for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that includes time in the service bay.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the store and assist the Store Manager in the absence of the manager.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Greet customers, explain services, and build repeat business through excellent customer care.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering as directed by the Store Manager.
