Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that includes time in the service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using point-of-sale and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred ASE certification or willingness to obtain certifications as required by brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in daily operations, stepping in to lead the location in the manager's absence.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling team members to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Help onboard and train new team members on service procedures, point-of-sale systems, and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that reflects FullSpeed Automotive's values.
• Greet customers, explain services, and ensure every visit reflects the brand's commitment to speed, quality, and trust.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when needed.
• Monitor inventory and assist with cash handling and POS transactions.
• Maintain shop and customer areas clean and presentable.
• Support safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
