Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Auburn, CA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the central communication hub between customers and technicians. You will listen to problems, coordinate service and repairs, and set expectations on delivery and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, dealer-level or large facility experience, an unrestricted driver's license with a clean record, and a proven history of strong technical and customer service performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers of delays; obtains authorization for revised estimates.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting clear expectations.
• Ensures all repairs pass quality control and road tests where applicable.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, TSBs, and related service information.
