Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in California. The role centers on communication between customers and technicians, coordinating service and repairs, and setting expectations for service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, dealer-level or large facility experience preferred, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Excellent communication, professional appearance, and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable.
• Safety and customer service oriented; basic computer and internet skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsabilités

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customer if not ready on time.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs with customer expectations.
• Ensures all completed repairs pass quality control and/or road test.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service information.
• Ensures service level targets are met or exceeded.
• Ensures documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
