Victory Automotive Group in Whittier, CA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the central communication point between customers and technicians. You will listen to problems, schedule service, and explain needed repairs and maintenance to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, professional appearance, and customer-service focus.
• Physical ability to read instructions and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone and diagnose issues.
• Follow up on repair status and obtain authorizations when estimates change.
• Recommend repairs and manage delivery while setting customer expectations.
• Ensure repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operations, warranties, and service bulletins.
• Meet or exceed service level targets and document work per regulations.
• Attend training and meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
