Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the central communication link between customers and technicians. You will listen to customer concerns, arrange appropriate service or repairs, and set expectations for delivery and costs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, dealership or large facility experience preferred, a valid driver's license, and a strong record in customer service and teamwork. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Some post-secondary automotive training or experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers by phone or in person to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follow up on repairs and manage customer expectations on timing.
• Make repair recommendations and oversee delivery of repairs.
• Ensure all repairs pass quality checks and road tests.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service bulletins.
