Qualifications

• Leadership and store management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong mentoring abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with customers and team.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Manager.
• Proven track record of exceeding business objectives.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA laws and MSDS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment support and assist Store Manager on hiring decisions.
• Supervise technicians, plan duties, assign work, and follow up.
• Coach team on ISI systems and service standards.
• Interact with customers on sales, service, and opportunities.
• Evaluate performance and productivity of service staff.
• Manage parts inventory and outside purchases per Tire Purchase Program.
• Ensure store safety and equipment layout.
• Oversee shop area and compliance with safety procedures.
• Coach on wheel torqueing process.
• Ensure proper inspections are conducted.
