Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department and drive excellence across daily operations. You will guide a motivated team, coach technicians, and partner with the Store Manager to uphold safety, service standards, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in a Service Manager role, strong leadership, impeccable communication, and a track record of achieving business goals in a busy automotive setting.

• Solid knowledge of basic OSHA laws and MSDS Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervising technicians and service personnel, planning and scheduling their duties.
• Coaching service department teammates on operational issues and process standards.
• Working directly with customers in sales, service and opportunities.
• Evaluating performance and productivity of service department staff.
• Managing parts inventory and purchases, following Tire Purchase Program.
• Ensuring store safety and proper equipment layout in the service area.
• Supervising shop area and personnel for safety compliance.
• Coaching on wheel torqueing procedures and ensuring proper inspections.
