Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Chicago seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to be the central communicator between customers and technicians at our dealership. You will schedule service, explain repairs, and set expectations while delivering world‑class service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, at least one year of dealer‑level or large facility experience, and strong communication skills. We offer a professional workplace and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Minimum one year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers to ensure a prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problems.
• Follow up on repair status and inform customer when car can’t be ready at the promised time; obtain authorization for revised estimates.
• Make repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations.
• Ensure all completed repairs have passed quality control and/or a road test.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and service bulletins.
• Meet or exceed service level targets.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
