Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the central communication hub between customers and technicians. You will listen to problems, schedule services, and set expectations for repairs and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, clear communication, and a proven ability to guide customers through service decisions while ensuring quality and timely completion. Prior dealer-level experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to schedule service appointments and manage expectations.
• Dealership or large facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers to ensure prompt diagnosis and scheduling.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers if timelines change.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs.
• Ensures repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operations, warranties, and TSBs.
