Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional demeanor and dependable performance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follow up on repair status and inform customers if delays occur.
• Make repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs to customers.
• Ensure all repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
