Job summary

Victory Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the main liaison between customers and technicians. You will listen to concerns, schedule appropriate service, communicate repair needs, and manage expectations for timely vehicle delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, and a clean driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to obtain prompt and accurate diagnostics.
• Follow up on repair status and obtain authorization if estimates change.
• Make repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs with clear customer expectations.
• Ensure all completed repairs pass quality control and road test where applicable.
• Maintain current knowledge of vehicle operations, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
